Pokémon Center Kyoto is the only flagship that commits fully to regional craft aesthetic in its exclusive goods. Tokyo and Osaka carry place-themed merchandise, but Kyoto's exclusives run deeper — maiko-uniform Pikachu, temple-motif prints, and tea-ceremony-themed accessories reference specific aspects of Kyoto culture that do not appear in any other center's rotation.

The store sits on basement 2F of Takashimaya Kyoto, a five-minute walk from the Nishiki Market and the main Shijo-Kawaramachi shopping corridor.
