The Nihombashi location combines a full-size retail floor with the only Pokémon Café in Tokyo, making it the most complete single-stop franchise experience in the city. The DX (Deluxe) retail space is comparable in size to the Mega Tokyo location in Ikebukuro, with a strong TCG section and rotating seasonal merchandise. The cafe, accessible from the same floor, serves character-themed food and drinks — latte art, shaped rice plates, and dessert sets that rotate with current game and anime releases.

The cafe operates on a reservation system through the official Pokémon Cafe app, and slots fill up quickly, especially on weekends and holidays. Booking 3-4 weeks ahead is the practical minimum for a confirmed seat. Walk-in availability is rare but occasionally possible on weekday afternoons. The Nihonbashi Takashimaya location also gives access to the department store's basement food hall, one of Tokyo's best.
