Pokémon Center Osaka DX is the Kansai flagship, and its location on the 13th floor of Daimaru Umeda — directly above Osaka Station's main concourse — makes it the single most visitor-accessible Pokémon destination in western Japan. The Kansai-exclusive merchandise refreshes on a six-week cycle and runs adjacent to the Pikachu Sweets café, the only café in Japan attached to a Pokémon Center.

The shop floor is laid out around the same categories as the Tokyo flagships — plush, apparel, TCG singles and sealed product, stationery, kitchen, and seasonal event merchandise — but the Kansai selection includes region-specific goods that are not available at the Tokyo locations. Osaka-themed Pikachu in takoyaki chef uniform, Kobe-area prints, Kyoto-temple-style character art, and other Kansai-flavor items are the draw for collectors building multi-city itineraries.

The café — Pikachu Sweets

The café seats roughly 30 and runs on timed reservations via the official Pokémon Center website (pokemoncenter-online.com). Reservations open approximately one month in advance at 10:00 JST, and weekend slots are typically taken within the first hour. Walk-ins are not accepted. The menu rotates seasonally — themed desserts, character-shaped pastries, and signature drinks — and each seasonal rotation includes a takeaway goods set that doubles as a collectible.
